Please report this upstream and close this bug here. See https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Language_support_of_LibreOffice and https://extensions.libreoffice.org/extensions/german-de-de-frami-dictionaries so, when needed, it will also get included in other German dictionaries completed with all its conjugations.
