Package: sylpheed
Version: 2.2.0-1
Severity: wishlist

Currently under Common Preferences --> Details --> External Commands,
"Use external program for sending" is all or nothing: either all e-mail
goes to the local machine's e-mail server, or all of it must be sent out
via the SMTP server specified for each e-mail account.

I have an account with uucpssh.org, for instance, which gives me
an encrypted e-mail connection to a server in France via my local e-mail
server/UUCP/ssh. I use e-mail for a lot of different reasons both
business and personal, and don't want all of it to go through my
personal encrypted account.

If one sometimes wants to use the local e-mail server, and sometimes
wants to use a remote SMTP server, it is necessary to be constantly
turning off and on Common Preferences --> Details --> External Commands
"Use external program for sending". This is time-consuming and
error-prone.

It would be very convenient to be able to specify "Use external program
for sending" or not in each individual e-mail account.
