On skip forward or backward kodi gives just a green screen with some green moving shadows for a few seconds, depending upon the video quality. See attachment. If I stop the movie and resume later, then it plays fine. "file" says, its an "ISO Media, MP4 v2 [ISO 14496-14]". Hardware is a Zotac O Series PC, especially 00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Haswell-ULT Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 09) Kodi is 2:17.6+dfsg1-2, ffmpeg 7:3.4.2-2+b1, Kernel is 4.16.6 or Debian's 4.15.0-3.
