Since dehydrated switch to ACME V2 by default, the returned
fullchain.pem file contains the intermediate certificate twice.

The gnutls version on wheezy systems is not able to cope with that,
causing the certificate to be rejected. As a side effect build daemons
are not able to build wheezy-lts anymore:
