Bug#893677: nomacs uses the wrong config folder

Thanks for reporting - nomacs settings have nothing to do with the new
LXQt version - the guys just reworked their configuration handling a bit.

After looking into the settings modul i decided not to look deeper.
Will file an upstream bug
