It's not currently possible to use the network-manager-gnome GUI to configure an IPsec/IKEv2 VPN with pre-shared key. For other choices in the "Authentication" drop-down, the "Add" button is greyed out unless the gateway address is set (sensible enough!). If you choose Pre-shared key, the "Add" button remains greyed out even after setting the gateway address. I suspect that maybe it's greyed out because some text-box that should contain the pre-shared key is still empty? Maybe the bug is that the box isn't becoming visible?
