rnc-mode is obsolete. The upstream website no longer exists, the only versions ever released were beta, and the latest version released was in 2002. [1] Popcon shows 1 Vote user of 27 Inst users and the latest bugs in this package are inactive, including an RC bug that blocked it for at least stretch.
