Oh. Looks like the --tail option is broken. :-/I normally use --lines 0 (and testsuite is incomplete), so didn't notice this myself.
Maybe described feature is needed for reporter of this bug. Also if we want to have fully automated way to licensecheck of all Debian packages than we need it.
