Package: syslog-ng Version: 1.9.9-1 Followup-For: Bug #350344
(Follow-up to #350120) like Subject: syays, it's still the same. I have to ask, did the config file parsing change that much for 1.6.x -> 1.9.x? I noted some changes between those versions, but there's no examples or doc changes, so to fix this I am at a complete loss as to do that. Can you at least give some pointers so I can fix it? I would go so far as filing this as a *security* issue, since some logs aren't even being written to, never mind just messages getting routed to the wrong log files. thanks, SR/ -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers unstable APT policy: (1000, 'unstable'), (998, 'experimental') Architecture: powerpc (ppc) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Kernel: Linux 2.6.15-pylon.1 Locale: LANG=en_CA.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_CA.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Versions of packages syslog-ng depends on: ii libc6 2.3.6-2 GNU C Library: Shared libraries an ii util-linux 2.12r-8 Miscellaneous system utilities Versions of packages syslog-ng recommends: ii logrotate 3.7.1-2 Log rotation utility -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
