TTBOMK, appindicator is no longer actively maintained (by Ubuntu) and also unmaintained in Debian. https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=818019 I'm thus very reluctant to enable support for it. -- Why is it that all of the instruments seeking intelligent life in the universe are pointed away from Earth?
