Control: retitle -1 Remove Qt4-based packages.

Hi! I have just noted that currently in the archive nothing uses
src:jreen (see below for dak output).

Would it be possible to remove the qt4 packages from it? That will
ensure nobody starts using them and help with the Qt4 removal effort.
