Hi, python-happybase used to be an OpenStack dependency, but it's not anymore. Please remove it from Sid/Testing. BTW, there's still python-ceilometer, ceilometer-api and ceilometer-collector in the archive which should be uncruft (ceilometer stays, but it switched to Py3, and -api and -collector are now gone upstream) and that probably depend on happybase.
