Bug#278846: This is not a bug for libesd0

I was going to file a me too on this bug, but after additional poking 
around, I realized that /usr/lib/libesd.so is provided by libesd0-dev.

It therefore seems that there is an issue with the flash plugin package 
(which uses the dev version of libesd) rather than with libesd itself.

This bug should therefore be closed.
