Please don't comment out all the lines in debian/tests/control This confuses the autopkgtest runners which treats this as a test failure and therefore a regression. Instead, it's better to remove debian/tests/ if you don't want the autopkgtests to be attempted to be run. Since it's stored in git, you can always go back and retrieve it later if you want it.
