Control: found -1 1.3.1 1.3.1 removes the user on *remove*, not *purge*, is that intentional?
Maybe I missed a part of the conversation, but it seems to me it would
be more reasonable to delete the user on purge, as it is more likely
files owned by that user will be gone in that state, e.g. config
files...
