As part of translate-toolkit moving to use python-phply for the l10n of php source code, various improvements were made to phply by the translate-toolkit developers. These improvements are needed for the next version of translate-toolkit so an upload of version 1.2.4 (that incorporates the changes) would be appreciated. (It's a trivial update from a packagers perspective, no changes required.) thanks Stuart
