Bug#893559: Graphical UI (panel icon) report "no receiver"

Additional information:

it is even worse! When, with the tricks above, I succeed to get the
graphical interface to recognize the receiver and work, this does not
hold for long.
After a while (some ten minutes) the communication is broken again and
the tray icon displays red star on yellow bg reporting "no receiver".
solaar-cli continues to work fine.
