Dear Maintainer,
the current URL[1] in debian-control-has-obsolete-dbg-package brings to
a generic Wiki page, it misses a trailing 's'.
I am attaching a patch to use the correct URL[2] which gets directly to
the page about Automatic Debug Packages.
