Control: severity -1 serious As announced [1], we do not intend to release Debian 10 "Buster" with the old libgnome (and related) libraries. As part of this process, I am now raising the severity of this bug.
stardict-gnome depends on multiple libraries being removed: gconf2, gconf-service, libart-2.0-2, libbonobo2-0, libbonoboui2-0, libgnome-2-0, libgnomecanvs2-0, libgnomeui-0, libgnomevfs2-0 You might be able to just stop building stardict-gnome and use stardict-gtk instead.
