The Debian builds do not appear to be applying the i4x4 ram configuration; the SPL file turns out identical with the non-i4x4 variant, and the cubox-i4x4 only detects 2GB of ram. The .config used during the build doesn't appear to have CONFIG_I4X4_RAM defined, even though config/mx6cuboxi4x4_defconfig does at the time of the build... live well, vagrant
