Hi!

Currently /usr/bin/at is setuid root, thus any bug in it has the
potential to affect the whole system.

In the course of System "derootification", Ubuntu now reduced the
privileges of "at" to setgid daemon, which is much more restrictive.

Would you consider adopting that?
