there is a font missing now for dblatex which needs to be installed by the package fonts-freefont-ttf. Without this all Cyrillic languages are failing to build. I'm working currently on KiCad 5.0.0-rc1 which I want to upload until the weekend. Not to unstable but to experimental first. The upload will also need to go through NEW. If you need a working 4.0.7 in Ubuntu I could do also a upload that is fixing this version in unstable. I wanted to avoid such uploads as the next major version will hit the archive sooner than later. -- Regards Carsten Schoenert
