Note that the new terminfo format is not actually enabled in ncurses
6.1-1, because libtinfo and tic are not built from the wide
configuration.  However, this has changed in experimental.

I guess I'll use "Breaks: libunibilium0 (<< 2)" or so to avoid the
breaks-without-version lintian warning.  Even though no fixed version of
libunibilium0 actually exists due to the soname change, this expresses
the intention best, I think.

Thanks for the heads-up, I had never heard of unibilium before!
