Done, it works now, the error has disappeared, BUT I proceeded so :
I purged mindi, mindi-busybox and mondo, removed /usr/lib/mindi, removed
the original mindi-busybox package from /var/cache/apt/archives and
downloaded it again, its' now O.K . I think the old package was corupt (?)
Now the file symlinks.tgz is present in /usr/lib/mindi/rootfs/ ....
