As per what I wrote, OpenStack has been tested only with 1.2.1 max. So I
don't know the result with 1.2.4. So if it was only up to me, I would
upload 1.2.1. Though I don't see why it wouldn't work with that release,
since it's only a minor update. Worst case, I can ask Michael Bayer to
help fix issues if they appear.

So yes, please go ahead! I'll upload all of OpenStack Queens to unstable
this week, as it will released upstream, and hopefully I'll have enough
time to run the functional tests.
