* What led up to the situation?
I need to access to the top panel to use network-manager features and
see battery status.
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
I press alt-ctrl-tab: fail
I press alt-ctrl-shift-escape: I access to it
Then, I need to move on the various applets to reach the battery applet
or the NM applet.
* What was the outcome of this action?
When I press tab or shift-tab, it frequently freezes the caret on the
panel. Then I can move to other panels, the desktop
or application windows, but I am unable to switch other applets on the
panel.
* What outcome did you expect instead?
I should be able to move the caret through the applets via tab and
shift-tab.

This bug has a fix provided that the default value of SNI support is set
to True.
Instead, it is set to False just now. I propose we enable SNI and test
it in Buster
to see wether problems are possible, but upstream tested (and Hypra does
it everyday)
and there have been o longer problems since 1.20.
