Package: apt-cacher
Version: 1.5.2
Severity: normal

I have experimental in my sources list, and every day I get a mail from
cron like the following. Please make apt-cacher not use files that don't
exist! There are no Packages.bz2 files for experimental.

Subject: Anacron job 'cron.daily' on chianamo

/etc/cron.daily/apt-cacher:

bzcat: Compressed file ends unexpectedly;
        perhaps it is corrupted? *Possible* reason follows.
bzcat: Success
        Input file =
ftp.au.debian.org_debian_dists_experimental_contrib_binary-i386_Packages.bz2,
output file = (stdout)

It is possible that the compressed file(s) have become corrupted.
You can use the -tvv option to test integrity of such files.

You can use the `bzip2recover' program to attempt to recover
data from undamaged sections of corrupted files.

Error processing
