The unfortunate fact is that I as the sole Debian maintainer of the package no longer have any environments in which to test the updates, so given that there is a delta to the upstream source in the package, I have not been willing to blindly update without testing. Broadly speaking I am also unwilling to maintain Debian packages without a packaging VCS, or to throw away packaging VCS history, which means the tedious work of moving a historical bzr-packaging-plus-CVS-upstream repository to git-packaging-plus-git-upstream, which has not been a priority for me to do. I will take a look at trying to update to the current version; but I will also look at requesting an adopter of the package since I realistically can no longer commit time to maintaining it. -- Steve Langasek Give me a lever long enough and a Free OS Debian Developer to set it on, and I can move the world.
