I'm guessing there is a /etc/cedilla-config.lisp.dpkg-new file that does contain the new stuff, right? /etc/cedilla-config.lisp is defined as a 'config file' so it will not get replaced automaticly because it is assumed the administrator will/can modify this file. We could declare it to be just another normal file, but then the system will overwrite any changes made without thinking about it.
