Jade has not had a new upstream version in seven and a half years; the code was taken over and is currently maintained as OpenJade, a SourceForge project. So, I am inclined to remove the Jade debian/watch file so that no attempt is made to find a newer version - I probably would not package a newer version even if one suddenly appeared.
