I'd really prefer not to specify a particular version of tcl - any old
version will do so it seems to me that is the right thing to put in the
build-deps. Unless this is really is deemed to be bad karma and I should just
pick one?

We should try and get the buildd fixed. I noticed this problem
some time ago, but it only applies to one of the buildds (which must have
been nobbled once to work around some other problem, and is now specifying a
version of tcl that is no longer available). At the time none of the arm
buildd maintainers was in a position to fix it (philb had no access and elmo
wasmoving house). Then it got forgotten about. therion builds OK so long as it
doesn't get the bad buildd.

I can work around it for now by uploading an arm version and letting the
others build. I'll do that now unless someone bleats.

Then I'll beat up the buildd maintainers to remove the tcl8.2 reference in
sbuildrc so this doesn;t happen in future.

that OK so long as 0.3.5 will propogate in...
