If you clean and rebuild the apt-build repository, you said you still
had a reference about this ./tar_version.deb. Could you explain more

I missed to rebuild the repository... It's ok now...
However, it doesn't tell us why this package were not upgraded before I
clean the repository... Maybe an interrupted "apt-build upgrade" process
? The latest "apt-build upgrade" I do was successfull.
