Murat, could you please drop the man-db translations from manpages-tr?
They're shipped by man-db upstream now, and are almost certainly more up
to date that way.  Once I know what version you've dropped them in, I
can add Breaks/Replaces to man-db.

I see manpages-tr hasn't been uploaded since 2009, so I'll prepare an
NMU for the delayed queue once I get a chance as well.
