Package: aptitude Version: 0.2.15.8-1 Severity: normal I have apache2 installed on my system, and despite the fact that phpmyadmin depends on "apache | apache-perl | apache-ssl | apache2 | httpd", when I "aptitude install phpmyadmin" it insists on also installing apache, which is incorrect as I already have apache2.
