I can confirm it too. Stable (3.2.6-2) with mysql/mariadb and local accounts (no ldap). Can't share new calendars and edit permissions of old calendars. Version from unstable is fine.
I think this bug is pretty sad for this type of software. Like a car without steering wheel (and autopilot software ;) J.
