Hi,

I edited the files in /etc/pyca and then invoked ca-make.py. After
asking for all of the passwords, execution terminates with

/var/lib/pyca/Root/cacert.pem not found.
Certificate file /var/lib/pyca/ServerCerts/cacert.pem or 
/var/lib/pyca/Root/cacert.pem not found.
