Package: wget
Version: 1.19.3-2
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

wget -b "http://dreamicus.com/data/cat/cat-01.jpg";

produces empty wget-log file, since 1.19.3-2, I believe.

This is unusual.

Regards,
Chris
