Dear Maintainer,

*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***

   * What led up to the situation?

Extrating files "flat" (no directory structure wanted)

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

7z e some_file.7z

   * What was the outcome of this action?

It created empty directories

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

Not to create directories.

Please note that "7z x some_file.7z" does work as expected (creating
directories WITH content).

Also that unrar has a similar syntax, and there "unrar e some_file.rar" does
NOT create (let alone empty) directories, as expected.
