Hi, during a test with piuparts I noticed your package fails to upgrade from 'testing'. It installed fine in 'testing', then the upgrade to 'sid' fails because it tries to overwrite other packages files without declaring a Breaks+Replaces relation. Unpacking appstream-doc (0.11.8-1) ... dpkg: error processing archive /var/cache/apt/archives/appstream-doc_0.11.8-1_all.deb (--unpack): trying to overwrite '/usr/share/doc/appstream/NEWS.gz', which is also in package appstream 0.11.7-1 dpkg-deb: error: paste subprocess was killed by signal (Broken pipe) Errors were encountered while processing: /var/cache/apt/archives/appstream-doc_0.11.8-1_all.deb This is probably caused by a behavior change in dh_installdocs in debhelper compat level 11. cheers, Andreas
