Since Tcl/Tk 8.5 has approached its end of life, we are seeking to remove it from Debian before buster's release. So please, make znc using Tcl/Tk 8.6. I'm attaching a proposed NMU which replaces the tcl8.5-dev build dependency by tcl-dev (the currently default Tcl/Tk version). The package builds just fine with these changes, thoug I'd suggest to do some additional testing. So if you don't mind, I'll do NMU for you. Cheers! -- Sergei Golovan
