network-config is now the last thing in Debian depending on gksu. The
Debian GNOME team wants to remove gksu since it is deprecated and no
longer maintained. Because network-config has already been removed
from Debian Testing since July for this issue and there has been no
response from the Debian maintainer for this package, I intend to
request that network-config be removed from Debian soon. It can be
reintroduced to Debian if this bug is fixed.

Thanks
