Bug#887450: lighttpd missing dependency on perl5 for mod scripts

Version: 1.4.45-1

I had a minor bug.
/usr/sbin/lighttpd-disable-mod fails with errors that Term/ReadLine.pm  
is missing.

The error was fixed by installing perl (replacing perl-base).
