Hi, According to: https://appstream.debian.org/sid/main/issues/gdebi.html ... the gdebi .desktop file specifies an invalid icon value of: gnome-mime-application-x-deb This is affecting users of PureOS, a Debian derivative: https://tracker.pureos.net/T257 ... but also affect Debian itself. :) The preceding link has more details from Matthias.
