Bug#268328: NTP/DHCP Interaction

I just noticed that the debconf.conf(5) manpage contains the following 
in the PLANNED ENHANCEMENTS section:

   A DHCP driver, that makes available some special
   things like hostname, IP address, and DNS servers.
This could provide a really neat solution to #268328, if the maintainers 
were willing to reconsider their stance on #268329.
