I've marked it as wishlist because new packages are wishlist priority. You're right, texi/muse.info is GFDL with invariants, thus is not DFSG-free, and providing it would require a muse-doc package in the non-free section. I haven't yet investigated what the best way to maintain a single file orig.tarball. Please let me know if you're still interested in this package. Sincerely, Nicholas
