The first application which uses a font will generate a cache in any case, so there's no significant performance impact caused by not using fc-cache explicitly. While the number of fonts is small, it does include three rather large ones, which will take some time to scan, but that won't be improved by using fc-cache. -- [EMAIL PROTECTED]
