The two upstream download URLs listed in the copyright file no longer work (and are also http URLs). Searching I found the following
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27337/Linux-Processor-Microcode-Data-File but I suspect that URL might be specific to the 20171117 version. Hopefully you can find a more generic URL for the latest version. Thanks, -- Matt Taggart tagg...@debian.org
