If you have it, the complete, unedited prompt/error-message would be helpful. It looks like it is related to the package anything-el. So it would be useful to know what version of that package you have installed. Looking at anything.el, I'm puzzled how it should be activated with emacs -q. Can you attach /etc/emacs/site-start.d/50anything-el.el ?
