This theme has been unmaintained upstream since March 2014. Because the default theme is Adwaita not GNOME and the Adwaita theme intentionally does not "inherit" from GNOME, this icon theme isn't very useful any more. More details at https://bugs.debian.org/885134 Thanks, Jeremy Bicha
