Which shell do you use as user shell. If it is bash, how does ~/.bash_logout look like? Is the problem gone if you edit ~/.bash_logout as suggested in https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=858073#10 -- Why is it that all of the instruments seeking intelligent life in the universe are pointed away from Earth?
